I frequently drag links from browser windows to e-mails and instant messages and am absolutely obsessive about adding cover art to all of my music in iTunes; for these reasons, I would love Safari’s click-through behavior to be changed in areas related to these two tasks.
Being able to drag a link from Safari’s address bar [...]

A few observations and feature suggestions:

For encrypted notes and passwords, rather than having only the “Copy Note/Password to Clipboard” button, why not make the icon to the left of the name field function as a proxy icon for drag and drop use? This could save several steps in situations where your drop destination is [...]

I say “not bloody likely,” but Business Week’s Alex Salkever thinks so.
Given that Apple no longer manufactures digital cameras (QuickTake, I remember ye well), I think iChat AV is a more likely candidate for porting to Windows because of the similarity between the iPod -> iTunes relationship and iSight -> iChat AV. The software [...]

It should be possible to drag a music file link from a browser window to iTunes to add it to your Library. The iTunes Library window shows the content border highlight that normally indicates that it can accept the dragged link, but it does not work. Not only does it not work, iTunes [...]

Let me preface this critique by saying that the developer, Dan Schimpf, has already improved this great application quite a bit since the last major release, giving me good reason to assume the application will continue to improve. Why does iPhoto have a Trash of its own? Wasn’t one of the arguments for putting the Trash in the Dock that other applications could use it for deleting items? Given that you are manipulating local files (which is not always the case with e-mail), it would make sense to use the Dock’s [...]

Apple needs to define and stick to some guideline for where Info windows are accessed through the menu bar. As listed below, the function is rather unpredictably placed in their own applications:
File

Finder
iPhoto
iTunes
Backup
Terminal

Window

iCal
QuickTime Player

Tools

Preview

Buddies

iChat

Edit

Grab

The Grab placement is particularly perplexing - under the Edit menu, labeled as “Inspector,” and accessed through the Command-1 keystroke combo. [...]

The Panther user switching menu should have three display modes:

The current default of the active user’s full name.
The current user’s login window picture.
The current user’s account name (i.e., jsmith, jdoe).

The first two could be switched between by dragging a simple bar like that used in OS 8.5-9 to switch the application menu between displaying names [...]
