Rating input for Flickr photos

Ratings would be displayed beneath the photo’s title.

    I also came across what appears to be a fairly mature tool (http://flickrate.gasteroprod.com/) but, unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to be functioning at this time (registration doesn’t work).
