Be it from Safari to iPhoto, Konqueror to Digikam, or Galeon to F-Spot, it would be nice if browsers provided a contextual menu command to add images to the user’s photo library. This is done easily enough on the Mac by dragging the image from [your browser] to [your photo app], but that obviously requires that [your photo app] already be open. Users who do not keep their photo app in a quickly accessible location must hunt it down and launch it, then switch back to their browser to grab the desired image. Too much application ping-pong!
