My mummy with her test administrators

After months of training and a grueling test (history examination, kata, take-downs, and sparring against seemingly the entire dojo) lasting about 2.5 hours, my mother received her black belt in Butokukan karate. She has a black belt (2nd degree) in Shorin-Ryu, but I guess one wasn’t enough.
