The few items could stand to be more centered in the window. The actual on top, mine beneath.
What happened to the Color tab? The one setting in the Color tab (Preferred Color Management Module) can be moved to General.

Mac OS X 10.4 introduced some confusion about how Option-Command-T should be used; the Human Interface Guidelines recommend it for toggling the display of toolbars, but it is bound to the Character Palette by default.
